All meals are made fresh and last up to 3 days in the fridge.
We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for
the best taste and quality.
2. Can I freeze them?
No — we don’t recommend freezing, as it may affect the
texture and nutritional value. Meals are meant to be enjoyed
fresh!
3. How do I heat them?
Our meals come in microwave-safe containers for your
convenience.
Just remove the lid and heat in the microwave for 2.5 minutes
on medium-high.
No mess, no prep — just heat, eat, and enjoy!
4. Can I pause, cancel, or change my meals?
Yes, absolutely — as long as it’s before the weekly deadlines:
🕓 Every Saturday and Tuesday at 16:00.
After this time, changes won’t be possible due to our kitchen prep
schedule.

Yes! We customize your meals based on your goals. You can choose
to increase or reduce protein and carb amounts depending on your
needs.
6. Can I mix & match different proteins and carbs from the menu?
Definitely! Just let us know what works best for you —
we’re all about making your meals fit your lifestyle.
7. What time does delivery arrive? Can I request a specific time?
Deliveries take place between 10:00–13:00.
If you prefer a specific time within this window, let us know the day
before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, your order
will follow the standard delivery queue.
8. Does the price change if I adjust protein or carbs?
Yes, absolutely — as long as it’s before the weekly deadlines:
